The Submarine H-3 sits grounded after making a wrong turn in the dense fog off the Northern California Coast of Samoa. The year was 1916 and the Navy tried to pull it back to sea using the ship Milwaukee, only Disaster struck twice as the ship became grounded. The Milwaukee was scrapped and the H-3 was dragged into Humboldt Bay and refloated.
