This is the original Silver Mine in Bodie . The Park Service Has Tours Given Daily by Personal Dressed in Period Costumes. The tour was very fasinating and opened up a world that most never knew existed , such as a Quicksilver hauler ; a guy who transported liquid mercury in a wheelbarrow over a half mile down a bumpy road....for some reason they could not figure out why they kept dying off. So there was always an opening for that job.
